Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Dog-Ear Test Prep requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a paid session. Notice must be given at least 24 hours before the session's scheduled start time, using the reschedule or cancellation link in your confirmation email or by contacting hi@dogeartestprep.com.

Late cancellations and rescheduling. A cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours' notice is a policy violation. Your first late cancellation will receive a warning. Any subsequent late cancellation will be treated as a no-show and the scheduled session will be forfeited.

No-shows. Failing to attend a scheduled session without notice is a no-show. Because a no-show leaves reserved time unused with no opportunity to fill it, a no-show results in immediate forfeiture of the scheduled session, without warning.

Late arrivals. If you're running late, please let Dog-Ear Test Prep know as soon as possible with an honest estimated arrival time. Sessions end at their scheduled time regardless of a late start, and the full scheduled session time is drawn from your package balance. In other words, time lost to a late arrival cannot be made up at the end of the session or recovered.

If you have not joined by approximately 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, Dog-Ear Test Prep will attempt to reach you. If you have not arrived or made contact by 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session will be treated as a no-show and forfeited in full, as described above.

What forfeiture means. A forfeited session is deducted from your package balance as though the session had taken place. The corresponding minutes are not returned to your account.

Demonstrated reliability. Dog-Ear Test Prep may, at its sole discretion, disregard a prior violation for clients who have demonstrated consistent reliability over an extended period. This is a courtesy applied solely at Dog-Ear Test Prep's discretion, not a right.

If we cancel. If Dog-Ear Test Prep cancels or reschedules a session, you may reschedule at no penalty, and no session or minutes will be forfeited.

Package hours are non-refundable. Prepaid package hours are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Unused package hours expire 365 days after the date of purchase.
